Scaling to $500k per month...

I started this newsletter with a quote I always say because I live my life in alignment with it. I genuinely believe that in order to make more you got to need more.

Needing more requires more responsibilities. More commitment to building things bigger than yourself.

Now, let's get straight to it...

I am currently making a bit over $110,000 per month with my ad agency TMM and around $20,000 in personal revenue from an eCommerce brand that I am partner in.

For some this might be life changing money and it is. The thing about being an entrepreneur is that you always want to push more because... well, why not? as long as you are doing it ethically and helping more people eventually.

The problem...

The real question here is, why am I not at $500,000 per month with my current infrastructure?

Well, one of the main issues that I have been facing for the last 2 years is scaling past the 2 mill ARR mark without things breaking.

Mind you, my main business the ad agency, is fully remote with 15 employees over 5 different countries.

It's been really complicated maintaining scalability on this business model. At one point I needed to sacrifice quality of work and clientele.

After few aggressive scaling phases over the last 2 years, I decided that trading quality is not worth it for us and we decided to stay boutique while focusing on creating frameworks that allow us to make more with less clients.

The Plan...

I decided that the best way to scale in my situation is horizontally. I started 2 new offers to completely different markets that will allow to not only diversify my reach but also revenue sources.

Here's how it will work...

Offer 1 - Online Information Product:

Over the last 6 months I've been working on launching my own educational platform for real estate brokers who want to sell properties online, from marketing to sales. I called it BetterSales Club.

BetterSales Club consists of 3 courses + a live community.

An all in one real estate marketing course that teaches brokers how to create selling content, profitable ads, and a scalable lead generation system.

An all in one CRM automations & systems course that teaches brokers how to build automated systems that follow up & books appointments completely on auto-pilot.

An ongoing sales trainings course that teaches brokers how to actually sell social media leads, from expectations to prospecting to conversational sales techniques and appointment booking techniques.

And finally, a community where I hold live coaching calls with with brokers inside the program and share with them value through interactive Q&A sessions.

BetterSales Club is a project that I plan to share my 4-years agency expertise with way more real estate brokers without necessarily sacrificing the work quality in my agency.

This platform costs $499 one time payment and is expected to make me an extra $20,000 per month in revenue as the market I am targeting is limited however I have put an upselling system in place to upsell brokers inside the community to higher tickets consulting packages.

In simple words, I transformed my real estate marketing expertise into an online educational platform to expand my impact which will lead me to my next point...

Offer 2 - The Course Creator Institute:

During the process of creating BetterSales Club, I documented every step that goes into transforming a certain expertise in any industry into online education businesses AKA courses.

And I decided to share the same process with other experts as well and build a new business on this and that's how The Course Creator Institute came to life (Learn more about it here).

After launching my own course, my horizons opened to the huge potential of info-products when done right. You literally build it once and sell it forever. Let alone the authority it comes with it and the impact on other peoples lives that experts have by sharing their knowledge with the world.

My plan with this is pretty simple:

  • Help 50 experts build and scale their courses to $50k per month in sales.

  • Take a 30% commission of the profits.

In the first 3 months of launching this offer, I went from 0 > 3 clients already without any marketing. I am currently in the process of helping them get their courses up and running and as soon as I scale their sales, I will go all in on client acquisition.

The goal is to onboard 4 experts every 8 weeks (It takes 8 weeks to build & launch a course).

The Course Creator Institute is expected to make me $40,000 per month in the next 3 months, $150,000 per month in 6 months, and over $300,000 per month in 12 months based on our growth plan.
