I started TMM 3 years ago, to help businesses across the globe scale profitably with paid advertising. We have served over 120 clients in 3 countries.
BetterSales Club is the #1 educational platform for real estate brokers to learn marketing, sales, automations. It is your gateway to scaling past 6, 7, or even 8 figures in commissions without counting on marketing agencies.
After 4 years of successfully running my agency and scaling it to over $100K/Month in MRR, I decided to start this Skool Community to share my knowledge with other early stage agency owners.

4 years ago, when I was 19 years old, I started my first company..
An advertising agency.
Mind you, I didn't know a thing about paid ads or marketing overall.
I just knew that I can sell to people and @Iman Gadzhi on YT said that businesses always need such services...
And it really made sense to me, I mean every business need more customers right?
Especially during hard times like covid when every brick and mortar business needed to shift digital or die.
So here are my 2 cents on how you can build a successful online business:
1- Niche down (In the beginning):
Your goal in the first 6 months to 1 year is to create your product market fit. Being the "Jack of all trades" doesn't help.
Speak to 1 audience. Solve 1 problem.
Then scale vertically.
The question now is which niche is the best?
Honestly, niches don't matter. Just pick a niche that you will enjoy working with.
You will hear people saying eComm is saturated, or real estate is saturated, etc.. But trust there's no such thing.
There are saturated offers NOT niches. To learn more about this perspective, read 2 books, $100 Million Offers by Alex Hormozi, and The Blue Ocean Strategy.
2- Don't solve too many problems at the same time (Your Offer):
It's tempting to be the "One stop solution" for your clients. After all, more services equals more revenue, right?
Eh! not quite often. When you are starting and don't have a proof of concept for your offers, it will be easy for you to get lost and distracted and that will impact clients' results.
Specialize in 1 service, preferably a service that has a fast quantifiable ROI, aka a service that remarkably impacts your clients revenue (ie. Paid Ads).
Once you dial in your service delivery through one vehicle, you can vertically scale with other vehicles as well (services).
For example at our agency, TMM, we only offered paid advertising services for almost 2 years to our clients and we started in the healthcare industry (Plastic surgeons).
Once we mastered the niche, its problems, and desires. We vertically scaled into other services like video ads, landing pages, reputation management, CRM systems, and email marketing.
We did the same thing in 2021 when we shifted to the real estate niche, the only difference this time is that we came in with immense experience on client acquisition with paid ads.
We started with a very simple offer. "We will help you close 5-8 deals in 90 days or you don't pay until you do."
We built this offer on 3 pillars:
- Engaging Video ads
- Targeted media buying
- Conversion rate optimization through sales funnels (Basically increasing the leads quality)
3- Client attraction & acquisition (Your sales system):
Now you can do it 2 ways.
You can be the average Joe, cold call businesses and yo might get results or you might not, or...
You can play a bit of longer term game and achieve a snow ball type of success down the road.
I will teach you both anyways.
Cold outreach:
- Go to your city in google maps and type your niche name (ie. Real estate agencies in London, Plastic surgery clinics, etc)
- Short list every business that doesn't have enough reviews, a bad website, an outdated social media channels, not running ads on Meta.
Pro tip: You can also short list businesses from review sites like Yelp.
You can also use automated apps like D17 Lead finder or Octopus.io to source leads directly out of LinkedIn but we will keep these advanced, paid, methods for a future newsletter.
Once you collect a good enough data base of potential customers in or outside your city (Start locally so you minimize challenges later on like language etc), start calling them and try to setup meetings with the decision makers.
To learn how to cold call and structure sales calls, you need to follow Rob Quinn on YT , his sales calls videos made a huge difference in my career.
Also a great book on selling that I'd highly recommend is Buyology by Dr. Martin Lindstrom.
Play the long term game (Content Marketing on Linkedin/IG/Tiktok):
Content marketing changed everything for me once I hacked it. It helped me build authority in my niche, and attract like minded prospects that stayed for years as clients and eventually became good friends.
Here's how you can do it:
List 20-50 objections that you hear from your market when trying to sell them on your offer (Use google if you don't know what to do here).
Create video content talking about these objections and how your offer solves all of them.
Pro tip: The more rough the content, the better. Shoot on your phone and use Capcut or Captions app to lightly edit your videos.
Use any automatic posting tool like plannable to schedule your posts on different social media platforms.
Now depending on where your market hangs out the most you need to be more active there, for example, I found more success setting meetings with plastic surgeons on LinkedIn than Instagram but it was the complete opposite with real estate agents.
Always follow where your potential audience is.
Mass connect with potential prospect and start building relationships with them (NO HARD SELLING OR SPAMMING)

4- Service Delivery:
Now that you learned how to choose a niche, create an offer, attract clients, book meetings, and close deals completely remote. It's time to deliver your service.
It's way easier and cheaper to retain a client than to acquire a new one. Make sure you deliver on what you promised because that's the only thing that will make clients stick around.
We can go on for ages talking about this but if you truly want to deliver A+ service to your clients, join my private community where you can find my course "The Art of Printing Money With Paid Ads" where I teach you the exact step by step systems to make sure your clients are successful.
